The World Salsa Championship (WSC) was created in 2002 by Isaac and Laura Altman, the founders of the World Salsa Federation (WSF). The WSC is held annually in Miami, Florida, and attracts dancers from all over the world to compete in a variety of salsa styles, including On1, On2, and Casino.
